Besides enforcement agents and tactical gear users, bulletproof backpacks are not designed exclusively for children. They are also suitable for college students, teachers, other members of the school staff, passengers on public transit, and adults who simply want to feel safer when they are out in public.
A bulletproof vest, jacket, or backpack may seem like a good idea in the event of an assault. Many bulletproof backpacks frequently fail to provide adequate protection when it comes to high-caliber ammunition. The only sufficient protection levels for high-caliber guns are levels III, IV, and level IIIA. Ballistic gear with higher NIJ ratings tends to be more trustworthy than gear with a lower rating. On the other hand, the standard for bulletproof vests and bags is effective against shots fired from handguns with 9 mm and.44 Magnum calibers.
